| The individual would need to get
an application for disability. Complete the required pages and have
their counselor or audiologist, or someone that can verify their
disability to complete the Professional section of the application. They
would also need to get 2 color photos taken at MCIL (it is free at MCIL-Memphis
Center for Independent Living) or go to Walgreens or have their own
photos and take to MATA. MATA will process the application which will
take 2 to 4 weeks depending. |
